CGCSA's annual summit is a flagship event for the retail and FMCG sectors, yet its event materials were purely functional, overloaded with generic schedules and sponsor blocks that failed to reflect the summit's actual thought leadership or industry influence. The disconnect weakened attendee engagement and undervalued the brand's authority.

The redesigned booklet elevated the summit experience from functional to memorable.
