Jackson Animal Clinic offered outstanding veterinary care but lacked a clear brand identity. Research, including client interviews, competitor analysis and market observation, revealed that many potential clients saw it as just another local vet, with little sense of trust or connection.

A research-led brand redesign that:
Positioned the clinic as a trusted, compassionate partner for pet owners with a defined brand purpose and tone
Revamped visual identity, including logo, typography, colour palette and clinic signage, to communicate professionalism and warmth
Crafted messaging and touchpoints based on client insights, highlighting expertise, reliability and a community-first approach
